Term 1 Parent Teacher Conferences
Wednesday, Sept. 28: In Person Event (3:30 - 7:00 PM)
Join us in-person for Fall Parent Teacher Conferences on Wednesday September 28th from 3:30 - 7:00 in the Gym.
Parents and students will have the opportunity to:
- Be informed of the requirements of Title I as well as the parents’ right to be involved
- Meet with OHS teachers about academic progress and goals
- Become familiar with community resources and opportunities
- Explore post secondary opportunities and learn how to pay for college
- College Representatives present from 4 PM - 7 PM
- Understand how to Access Infinite Campus
Dinner will be provided
Thursday, Sept. 29: Virtual Appointments (3:30 - 7:00 PM)
Meeting with teachers is an important component in your student’s educational success. In addition to hosting an in-person conference on Sept. 28, we will also be offering virtual appointments on Sept. 29. Our virtual conferences will be hosted via Google Meet, a video conferencing platform. To sign up for a virtual conference, please click the link below.

Term 3 Parent Teacher Conferences
Thursday, Feb. 17: In Person Event (3:30 - 7:00 PM)
Join us in-person for term 2 Parent Teacher Conferences on Thursday, Nov. 11 from 3:30 - 7:00. Teacher will be in their individual classrooms.
Parent Meetings:
In addition, two parent/student meetings will be held in the auditorium:
- 5 PM: Sophomore/Junior Meeting with special guests Weber State University O-Tech College that will introduce their affordable college credit programs.
- 6 PM: Seniors and parents will learn graduation details along with final important steps.
Parents and students will have the opportunity to:
- Meet with OHS teachers about academic progress and goals
- Become familiar with community resources and opportunities
- Discover whether their student is on track for graduation (all grades)
- Understand the difference between Elective vs. Core/Required Classes

This event is combined with all OHS feeder schools. Families from all schools attend.
Parents and students will;
- Become familiar with community resources and opportunities
- Community partners are invited to attend and setup an informational booth
- Explore extracurricular activities offered at OHS
- School groups are invited to attend and setup an informational booth
- Explore a variety of careers and employment opportunities
- Community partners are invited to attend and setup an informational booth
- After participation requirements are met, families will be served a simple refreshment
